P.S. I Love You

This past weekend I decided to be lazy and just spent it curled up on my couch with a real tear jerker while waiting for my laundry to be washed, dry, folded and put away. I should be studying for my 3rd big test for this week’s Chemistry exam but I didn’t. I did not really expect for this movie to draw tears because it was marketed as a romantic comedy. But I never really base everything on the cover or what the critics are saying. My husband did not expect it to be such a sad love story either but he was ready with tissue box at hand and glass of water while I was trying not to erupt into a river of tears. This was such a great love story and after watching it I can’t helped but gave my husband a great big hug thankful for all the time we have together. Hillary Swank is so good in this movie, the emotions are real, raw and anyone can relate to what she’s going through in the movie. There’s plenty of eye candy to go around as well and Gerard Butler is revolving into a great hunk of a leading man in this movie. I am so in love with this movie and it will go down as one of my favorites. It can hit close to home and remind us all that we have to treasure and cherish every moment and each other because no one really knows what tomorrow brings. I am crying a lot after watching this and I can’t seem to stop —-it’s embarrassing, I know! But hey, I am just a girl….If you’ve watched this already, you were probably dropping a few buckets of tears too. But for those that haven’t seen this movie yet, it’s not a comedy. Romantic, yes! But far from comedic, even the part where it’s supposed to be a comedy, is sad. Still I would recommend this to everyone…..
